The Company’s policy in the field of services quality guides all structural units, division and services of the Company and serves as a guarantee of clients’ needs satisfaction.
Currently company’s quality indicators are displayed and estimated in internal software product of KrayLogistic based on 1С,

The basic KPI indicators for today:

  • On-time Performance (on-time)
  • Transit time observance (transit time)
  • Providing high-quality transport and observance of all instructions by a Kray Logistic representative (require)
  • Providing correct financial accounting (doc)
  • Timely provision of account and originals of primary documents
    to the client (accounts)
